Join me and beloved teacher, Paula Jean Demeo for an unforgettable experience at the beautiful Setu Vermont Retreat Center of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation. Nestled in the soft green hills Vermont, we will enjoy a weekend of community filled with family yoga, grownup yoga, nature time, and kid-friendly meditation and mindfulness practices to take home!
When we go to Setu, our retreat will be the ONLY group at the center during this weekend!

Kimberly is thrilled to be leading her 2nd family yoga retreat! She brings 15+ years of working with children, 7 years of yoga teaching, and 5 years of creating magical experiences through ceremony, music, movement, and meditation.

Paula Jean Demeo
RYT 500, RCYT
Supporting Teacher
Paula has been an early childhood educator for over 25 years. After graduating with a BS in Early Childhood Ed, she has served as a lead-preschool teacher, a traveling science teacher, a curriculum director, and a children’s yoga teacher.

She is a 300-hour trained YogaKids teacher and a 500-hour adult yoga teacher, having trained at Kripalu School of Yoga and Lexington Power Yoga.
Paula now serves as the lead Pre-K teacher and program designer at Birches School. She is passionate about teaching children through science, nature, creative arts, yoga, movement, and social emotional intelligence practices. She shares her positive energy, problem solving tools, and joy in teaching with all her students and colleagues.
